![]() We’ll gather feedback from users to address any issues at this public beta stage before doing a general public release. We’ll test to the point we normally would before a release, then make the new version available here for anyone who wants to try it. Going to fiddle with the driver some, see if I can figure it out.In order to improve the quality and stability of public release, we are introducing a “Public Beta” period for new LightBurn releases. Similar results, think the only difference was I didn’t get the error about driver failing to restart. Everything was working last time I used lightburn a few days previously, and stopped working when I updated. Uninstalled and followed the procedure you listed above. ![]() Then have Windows reinstall the driver or get the latest driver from WCH: Try removing the driver entirely in the Driver tab removing all remnants of the driver. ![]() You have a bad driver or driver conflict on the WCH340.(mouse, keyboard, monitor, headphones, etc…) Seems a stretch as everything else is working. If the laser is working when you don’t receive the USB error then this seems less likely. The USB port on the controller side is damaged. When this happens does LightBurn connect and work correctly?ĭid you attempt the order of operations I listed above?
